April Meeting – Nancy Tubbs

Nancy has been quilting for 30 years and teaching for over 20 years. Although she is known primarily for my needle-turn and wool applique, she still enjoys most quilting techniques. Nancy likes projects that are challenging, and is more interested in process than productivity. She designs many of her quilts, but also enjoy taking other designers’ patterns and putting her own spin on them, using different fabrics and embellishments. During her trunk show she will share some of her favorite quilts and some of the stories behind them.
